Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our passengers.
  • Ensure the safe and punctual departure of trains from the station, adhering to strict dispatch procedures.
  • Provide helpful information and assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, visitors, and contractors is given the highest priority.
  • Liaise with other key GWR departments to ensure accurate and timely customer information, especially during times of disruption.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe station environment.
Requirements
