Job Summary:

Proud to Care Devon is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Worker to join our team. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients.

About the Role:

This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care services. The successful candidate will work on a full-time or part-time basis, with flexible scheduling to accommodate various shifts.

Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing meals and snacks, as well as assisting with household chores
  • Accompanying clients on outings and providing companionship
Requirements:
  • A valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Business-level cover for motor insurance
  • A willingness to undergo a free enhanced DBS check
Benefits:
  • A competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, with potential for higher rates on Bank Holidays
