We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Advanced or Emergency Practitioners from a Nursing/Paramedic background to join our Urgent Care Team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary workforce, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the continuous improvement of our service.
Main Responsibilities:- Assess and manage patients with undifferentiated diagnoses in our Urgent Treatment Centre
- Develop and implement clinical management plans to ensure safe and effective care
- Work collaboratively with GPs and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
- NMC/HCPC registration
- Level 6 or 7 in Minor Injury & Illness
- Primary/Urgent Care experience
