Job Title: Project Manager/Producer - Corporate Publications

HS2 Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Producer to lead the end-to-end project management of our corporate publications programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the production of corporate reports, including the creation of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Work closely with internal clients to understand their communications requirements and transform them into engaging, insight-based reports.
  • Commission editorial, design, and print services from external suppliers and/or a small in-house team.
  • Ensure publications meet relevant HS2 guidelines and accessibility standards for both digital and print.
  • Facilitate the effective publication and promotion of corporate reports across all relevant channels.
Requirements:
  • Strong project management skills, with experience of managing multiple projects and production schedules.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence internal and external contacts at all levels.
  • Knowledge of marketing communications and delivering creative promotions and corporate communications content.
  • Experience of working in virtual teams and with print and production teams.
  • Ability to use insights from opinion research and apply to creative work.
