Job Title: Corporate Receptionist - Law Firm
About the RoleA prestigious law firm in Solihull is seeking a highly organised and client-focused Receptionist to manage their busy office environment. Working independently, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional first impression for clients and visitors.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and have experience working within a corporate environment, preferably in a law firm or similar setting.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and greet clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle switchboard duties, including taking phone calls and directing clients to the relevant team members.
- Maintain the office area, including preparing meeting rooms and ensuring the space remains clean and tidy.
- Filing, scanning, and archiving documents to ensure seamless organisational processes.
- Type up documents as required.
Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
RequirementsTo be considered for this opportunity, candidates must possess:
- Solid reception experience within a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated.
- Experience with managing a switchboard system.
