About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Hallmark Luxury Care Homes. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to our residents, respecting their dignity and individuality.
- Assist with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, and meal times, promoting independence and well-being.
- Foster a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment, creating a sense of community among residents and staff.
- Maintain clear communication with residents, families, and colleagues, ensuring effective collaboration and cooperation.
- Support residents in living fulfilling and independent lives, empowering them to reach their full potential.
What We Offer
