About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our team as HR Manager, initially working across our sites at Heat Trace. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide strong HR generalist expertise as part of the senior management team, working closely with Managers on all aspects of HR from recruitment and selection, employee relations, learning and development, and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have experience in working collaboratively with all levels of a business, building confidence in managers to take more ownership of day-to-day HR issues. You will also be analytical and comfortable with monthly reporting and managing our HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting the management teams on all areas of HR including performance management, disciplinary and grievance, and absence management.
  2. Working closely with managers to develop their skills and confidence in handling HR-related activities.
  3. Providing guidance on HR best practices and employment legislation.
  4. Managing HR systems and reporting.

About You:

We are looking for someone with experience in HR Management in a growing business, preferably with some multi-site experience. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to travel to different sites as required.
