Job Overview

The Finch Henry Job Corps Center is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including issuing new starter packs and contracts of employment
  • Set up new starters on HR and Training systems, ensuring accurate and timely access to necessary resources
  • Monitor and record employee absences, including sick leave and other authorized time off
  • Process transfers, issue resignation acknowledgement letters, and update employee records as needed
  • Raise purchase orders, manage personnel documentation, and maintain accurate records of company expenses

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should have a strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, you should have basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR software applications.
