About the Role:

We are looking for a talented individual to lead our customer-facing team, ensuring clients derive maximum value from our SaaS solutions. As a key player, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, onboard new customers, and guide them through the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client companies.
  • Onboarding and Implementation: Onboard new customers and guide them through the implementation process.
  • Customer Success: Conduct regular check-ins with customers, ensuring they are leveraging our products effectively.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Act as the voice of the customer within the company, providing feedback to product and development teams.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services and features.
  • Customer Health Metrics: Monitor customer health metrics and develop action plans to address any issues.
  • Training and Support: Provide training, resources, and support to help customers maximise their success.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, support, and marketing teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Contract Renewals: Lead customer reviews and manage contract renewals to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or related role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward identifying and addressing customer needs.
  • CRM and Customer Success Platforms: Experience with CRM systems and customer success platforms is a plus.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively.
  • Industry Knowledge: Passionate about technology and keen to stay updated with industry trends.
  • Results-Oriented: A results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
