Restaurant Ambassador

Squire's Garden Centres is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our restaurant.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience
• Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping, adhering to company guidelines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work effectively in a team environment
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
