Educational Inclusion Specialist

Vision Teaching is seeking an exceptional SENCO to lead and manage the provision for children with special educational needs in our welcoming and vibrant primary school. Our commitment to inclusion and excellence ensures all students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
About the Role- As a SENCO, you will be responsible for delivering training and guidance to staff to promote inclusive teaching practices and drive our vision for outstanding SEN provision.
- You will work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure that every child receives the support they need to succeed.
- A qualified teacher with QTS and ideally holds or is willing to complete the National Award for SEN Coordination.
- Experience working with children with SEND, preferably in a primary school setting.
- An advocate for children with SEND, with excellent communication skills to build trust with pupils, families, and colleagues.
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including professional development opportunities.
