Teaching Personnel is seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to provide support to pupils with additional learning needs.

This role involves working with pupils aged 11-16, providing one-to-one and small group support to help them manage their behaviour, emotions, and develop social skills.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in a similar field, be confident, and have an approachable manner. They should also have enthusiasm for working with pupils who need additional time to progress.

The role requires the ability to provide sports interventions for pupils, and any experience with coaching or qualifications in sports is highly recommended.
