Quantitative Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Oxford, responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and organized Quantity Surveyor to take on a challenging role in our Oxford office. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and management of project budgets and forecasts, conducting regular site inspections, and developing strong relationships with clients and contractors.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A qualified Quantity Surveyor with a degree in a related field and proven experience in quantity surveying is essential.

The salary for this position is £60,000 per annum, plus an excellent bonus scheme and comprehensive benefits package, including car allowance or electric car, private healthcare, pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, and professional memberships.
