Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and organized Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Direct Cleaning Services SW Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily cleaning of a school environment, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily cleaning activities of the cleaning team
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are in good working order and adequately stocked
  • Monitor and report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities manager
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective cleaning
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or facilities management role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including early mornings and weekends

Working Hours:

The successful candidate will work 2.5 hours per day, 12.5 hours per week, from 5:30am to 8:00am, Monday to Friday. The position is term-time only, with at least 2 weeks of deep cleaning during the summer holidays.
