We're seeking a skilled Assistant Catering Manager to support our Catering Manager in overseeing the efficient operation of our venues. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding hospitality across our Rooftop Restaurant, Theatre Bars, Café, and Green Room.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Catering Managers to deliver high-quality food and beverage offerings
- Coach and develop staff to maintain service standards
- Conduct daily staff briefings to communicate menu, offer, or service changes
- Manage deliveries of consumables to the bars
- Elevate the visitor experience through exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, legislative regulations, and Health and Safety requirements
Requirements:
- Exceptional understanding of drinks and alcohol service
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage with individuals at all levels
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume waiter service restaurants and cafes with a quality retail offer
