About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Delivery Manager to join our team at Polar Insight. As a key member of our research department, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of high-quality research projects that align with our clients' needs and our strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, coordinate resources, and manage timelines to ensure seamless execution of research strategies.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of researchers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the delivery of insightful, actionable research.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement standardized processes and methodologies for research delivery, ensuring consistency, reliability, and excellence in all outputs.
  • Strategic Planning: Work closely with senior management to align research activities with the company's vision and mission, contributing to the development of strategic plans that focus on delivering exceptional value to our clients.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and on budget.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (At least 4 years) in managing research projects or in a similar role within a consulting or research environment.
  • Strong understanding of market research methodologies and their application in a business context.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in hiring for, managing, and developing a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Financial acumen with experience in managing project budgets and resources.
  • A proactive and strategic thinker, capable of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
