About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Submarine Rescue Product Line globally. As a member of our Defence Management Team, you will be accountable for the general management and growth of this critical product line, ensuring it meets our operational, people, and financial performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Submarine Rescue strategy, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Deliver mission success for our customers, achieving or exceeding contract performance obligations.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate financial planning and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, working closely with our Legal & Compliance and HSEQS departments.

Requirements

  • Excellent business and commercial acumen, with a proven track record of driving growth and success.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure long-term strategic commercial benefits.
  • Experience in setting and delivering short, medium, and long-term strategy, budget, and manpower plans.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
