We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk and Assurance Director to join our team at Veolia. As a senior leader, you will be accountable for the Risk and Assurance areas of activity within our Commercial and Treatment business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to tackle key problem areas and review trends to develop solutions using an insights-led approach.
  • Develop complex business cases to enact change and present them to relevant audiences.
  • Promote a positive and proactive safety culture within operational business areas.
  • Provide performance analysis, assurance, and solutions to Senior Leadership Teams.

Requirements:

  • Strong planning and organisation skills with the ability to deliver strong results in a demanding environment.
  • Demonstrates credibility as a trusted leader and able to negotiate and influence at senior levels.
  • Evidence of designing, creating, implementing, and measuring short, medium, and long-term strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
