Pharmacy Distribution Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced pharmacy technician to lead and manage our pharmacy distribution service at Raigmore Hospital. As a key member of our technical services team, you will be responsible for managing our responsive medicines storage and supply service, contributing to the ongoing review and strategic development of this service, and innovating and implementing service development initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacy technician with strong leadership skills to develop the service and take it to the next level. You will be jointly responsible for managing, supporting, and facilitating the training and professional development of our team of pharmacy technicians and pharmacy support staff.

We are looking for a GPhC registered Pharmacy Technician with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work independently and effectively as part of a team. You will have experience in leadership and managing change, excellent working knowledge of Good Distribution Practice, and be proficient in the use of IT systems.
