We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the teacher in the development and implementation of intervention programs, maintaining discipline in the whole school environment, and providing support to pupils to achieve learning goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the teacher in the development and implementation of intervention programs
  • Assist in maintaining discipline in the whole school environment through the implementation of the school's behavior management strategies
  • Provide support to pupils to achieve learning goals, such as leading guided reading and other small group work
  • Assist the teacher with the planning of learning activities
  • Assist with the day-to-day routines of a classroom
  • Assist the teacher in monitoring pupils' responses to learning activities and accurately record achievement/progress as directed
  • Plan and lead curriculum lessons to cover PPA sessions
