About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Night Auditor to join our team at The Gantry London – Curio Collection by Hilton. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, reconciling revenues, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with care and attention, and providing a personalized approach.
- Anticipating guests' needs and finding suitable solutions.
- Taking reservations and upselling to maximize room rates.
- Auditing room rates, charges, and revenues, and reconciling and balancing financial transactions.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and a positive can-do attitude. You should be a hospitality professional with experience in a customer-facing role, and be able to effectively liaise with other departments.
