Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex cases and providing support to vulnerable individuals within the housing context.

  • Traveling to customer homes and our office in Burnley, requiring flexibility and adaptability.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus 28 days paid holiday plus bank holidays per year (pro-rata for part-time). Our benefits package includes a choice of Pension Schemes, including a Defined Benefit Scheme, option to purchase additional holiday, Employee Assistance Programme, Hapi Benefits App, and Cycle to Work scheme.

To succeed in this role, you'll require:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a housing or related field.
  • A flexible approach to work, willingness to travel, and ability to work under pressure.

This position is subject to a successful DBS check. We promote agile working and encourage working from home, providing necessary equipment and software. As a keen promoter of sustainability, we drive value for customers through energy-efficient development plans and retrofitting projects.
