We are seeking a highly motivated Care Provision Officer to join our team in Oaklea House, Barrow-in-Furness. As a Care Provision Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs to live fulfilling and valued lives.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and engagement skills, with the ability to demonstrate unconditional regard for those we support. You will also possess skills in assessing needs and implementing proactive risk management strategies, ensuring support planning is tailored to promote an active and fulfilling life.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing direct support to enable clients to lead fulfilling and valued lives, maintain their tenancies, and participate in their local community
  • Effectively meeting the needs of our clients and taking additional responsibilities such as rota management, induction of staff, and staff supervision
  • Working in a flexible manner, including working days, evenings, weekends, waking nights, and sleepovers

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 33 days annual leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS.
