Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Quality Assurance to join our team at Integrate Engineering Resources Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of quality, including supervising quality personnel, overseeing the preparation and implementation of the project quality plan, and ensuring compliance with ISO 3834-2.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise quality personnel to ensure effective implementation of quality policies and procedures.
- Oversee the preparation and implementation of the project quality plan, including the development of ITPs, processes, and procedures.
- Ensure that all welding activities are compliant with the requirements of ISO 3834-2.
- Act as the primary liaison to the client on all quality-related issues.
- Ensure that sufficient training is conducted for project personnel on the company Quality Management System and project-specific procedures.
- Lead the company's nuclear safety culture within the project and promote the company's core values.
- Engage in the efficient development of project documentation and ensure timely completions.
Requirements:
- 5 years of previous relative experience within the Oil, Gas, Power, or Nuclear Industry.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and organization skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.K. and subject to approval of the DBS Security Clearance (Disclosure & Barring Service Check).
