Quality Assurance Manager
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Integrate Engineering Resources Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of quality, including supervising quality personnel, overseeing the preparation and implementation of the project quality plan, and ensuring welding is compliant with the requirements of ISO 3834-2.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage all aspects of quality, including supervising quality personnel
* Oversee the preparation and implementation of the project quality plan, ITPs processes and procedures
* Ensure welding is compliant with the requirements of ISO 3834-2
* Act as primary liaison to client on all quality related issues
* Be responsible for ensuring sufficient training is conducted for project personnel on the company Quality management system and project specific procedures
* Lead the company nuclear safety culture within the project, promote the company core values and engage in the efficient development of project documentation and ensure timely completions
**Requirements:**
* 5 years previous relative experience within the Oil, Gas, Power or Nuclear Industry
* Excellent communication, teamwork, problem solving and organisation skills
* Must be eligible to work in the U.K and subject to approval of the DBS Security Clearance (Disclosure & Barring Service Check)
