Organometallic Chemistry Specialist

Job Description
We are looking for a talented Organometallic Chemistry Specialist to join our team at the University of Oxford. As a key member of our research group, you will contribute to the development of new catalysts and methods for sustainable organic synthesis.
The successful candidate will have a PhD in Chemistry or a relevant subject area, with expertise in synthetic inorganic chemistry and organometallic chemistry. A strong background in mechanistic studies of transition metal catalysed reactions and DFT studies of transition metal complexes is highly desirable.
As a Synthetic Inorganic Chemist, you will be responsible for designing and conducting experiments, collecting and analysing data, and interpreting results. You will also contribute to the writing of papers and presentations.
This post offers a competitive salary of £38,674 - £46,913 per annum, plus excellent benefits.
