We're looking for a customer-facing professional with 12 years of experience in customer service, project management, or education. The ideal candidate has strong relationships, high cultural awareness, and problem-solving skills.

The role involves coordinating student journeys, advising the team on value-add solutions, and managing issues in a timely manner. You will work with our global team, providing insights into local cultural nuances and demands.

We offer a flexible working environment, limitless development opportunities, and a $1000 individual training budget per year. As an employee, you can expect a competitive salary range of approximately $85,000-$110,000 per year.
