About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Onboarding Associate to join our team at PXP Financial. As an Onboarding Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth onboarding of new customers and the efficient configuration of our payment processing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the configuration of customer integrations and installations, as well as project-related tasks.
  • Establish and maintain customer communication contacts, providing regular and professional updates via telephone and email.
  • Gather required information from merchants, partners, and acquirers to ensure project completion to the highest standard within given timescales.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date storage of relevant information in line with departmental processes.
  • Respond promptly and proactively to emails and queries received by the onboarding team.
  • Maintain systems with required information on orders and projects to be handed over to the Support team.
  • Collaborate with internal and external departments to ensure quick and smooth onboarding.
  • Investigate and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate client introductions to discuss onboarding plans.
  • Conduct daily project reviews and follow-ups.
Requirements
  • Proficient Microsoft Windows and Office knowledge.
  • Professional and confident verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and confidently with other departments to obtain and gather relevant information.
  • Demonstrable professional interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
