About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Onboarding Associate to join our team at PXP Financial. As an Onboarding Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth onboarding of our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the configuration of customer integrations and installations, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with customers, providing regular updates and ensuring timely project completion.
  • Gather and verify required information from customers, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure efficient onboarding processes and high-quality customer service.
  • Investigate and resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to customers.
  • Facilitate client introductions and onboarding plans, ensuring a smooth transition to our services.
Requirements
  • Proficient Microsoft Windows and Office skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently with various departments to gather information.
  • Demonstrable professional interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
