About the Role

We are seeking a talented Fullstack Java Software Engineer II to join our Asset and Wealth Management Core Technology team. As a key member of our agile team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing, designing, and delivering software components of our state-of-the-art technology products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement metadata-driven solutions within Asset & Wealth Management, including a data marketplace and model engineering tools.
  • Write secure and high-quality code using Java and other programming languages, with a focus on scalability and stability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve technical problems, and contribute to the development of secure, stable code and systems.
  • Develop resilient cloud-based applications that integrate with modern cloud services, and share knowledge and best practices with the team and wider organization.
Requirements
  • Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts, with expanding applied experience.
  • Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
  • Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment, with a focus on modern programming languages and database querying languages.
  • Demonstrable ability to code in Java and other languages, with experience across the whole Software Development Life Cycle.
