We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Music Industry Support Specialist. This role is focused on providing exceptional support to our production team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and contributing to the success of our music production business.
Key Responsibilities:
- General support and upkeep of the production office, including greeting clients and assisting senior management as needed.
- Providing refreshments and meals to team members and clients.
- Answering telephone calls, taking messages, and sending out post as required.
- Managing daily expenses, receipts, and sending over to the accounts department.
- Preparing studios for client sessions and recordings, assisting composers and producers with setup, and ensuring maintenance and upkeep of musical instruments.
- Assisting with social media postings to various Soundtree platforms.
