Home Care Deputy Manager Position

Supporting the Care Home Team
The role of Deputy Care Home Manager plays a vital part in ensuring the continued excellence of our care home in Stevenston. As a trusted member of the management team, you will assist the Home Manager in making strategic decisions that impact the quality of care provided to residents. Your expertise in care planning and your ability to motivate staff will be essential in driving the success of the care home.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of around £23 p/h and enjoy a comprehensive package of benefits, including 5.5 weeks annual leave, pension scheme, free on-site parking, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Home Manager in developing and implementing care plans
- Supervise and mentor care staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Contribute to the effective management of the care home
- Participate in performance reviews and staff appraisals
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve shared goals
