We are looking for a candidate with:
- GCSE Maths and English grade C or above / Grade 4-9 or Functional/Key Skills level 2 numeracy and literacy.
- BNCS or NVQ level 2 training programme.
- Willingness to undertake Trust internal Level 3 training programme course.
Desirable criteria include:
- Level 3 QCF diploma in healthcare or NVQ level 3.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Previous experience of working in an acute healthcare or related setting.
- Understanding of health and safety issues within healthcare.
- Understanding of the concept and application of confidentiality.
- Understanding of the role of a band 3 senior HCA.
