Job Title: Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

As a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor at Sodexo, you will be responsible for supervising multiple sites and their cleaning services to create a safe and healthy environment. You will interact with our clients daily, improving the quality of life in everyone you meet

Key Responsibilities:
  • Primarily floor cleaning, including cleaning of carpets and hard floors at clients' sites.
  • Lifting floor cleaning machines in and out of vehicles when necessary.
  • Ensure completion of all requested/contracted tasks and motivate your team to effectively ensure these are completed in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Completing floor cleaning and other deep cleaning tasks at locations in Lancashire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Merseyside, North Wales, Cheshire, Shropshire, and West Midlands.
  • Providing a company vehicle and fuel card to visit different sites and assist your team in carrying out a list of scheduled cleaning tasks.
  • Overseeing the ordering of stock and consumables, such as toilet tissue, cleaning products, and appliances, and ensuring a record of this is kept for compliance.
  • Being a champion of health and safety practices, spotting near misses, and reporting them to keep your colleagues safe.
  • Ensuring regular safety walks are completed to pick up any hazards.
  • Frequent feedback sessions with your team to ensure they are confident and happy in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Over 25 with a full UK driving license (no more than 6 penalty points).
  • Physically fit, as heavy lifting is required.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses is desirable, as well as some team leading experience.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and adapt to change when needed.
  • Be a team player and take instruction.
