Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of dishes
  • Assist with the management of kitchen staff and resources
  • Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role
  • Strong background in fresh food preparation
  • Passion for using high-quality, seasonal produce
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
