About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Countryside Experience Coordinator to join our team at Cheshire East Council.

As a key member of our countryside team, you will provide support and assistance with the implementation and delivery of educational/interpretive programmes and events to maximise the quality of experience for visitors and parties.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement programmes of events and activities to encourage participation in countryside recreation and leisure activities.
  • Carry out work programmes and land management operations to ensure that all aspects of the estate and its premises are managed to the highest standards of presentation and maintenance.
  • Implement management policies, operational procedures, and regulations to ensure the security of the estate and the health and safety of visitors, staff, and livestock.
  • Assist with the delivery of educational/interpretive programmes and events to enhance the visitor experience.
