At ProfDoc, we're seeking a skilled Counselling Psychologist to join our team in Newcastle. As an experienced professional, you'll conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for various cases, including personal injury, immigration, family, and crime.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough psychological evaluations assessing clients' mental health conditions, such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans based on the assessment, addressing each client's specific needs.
  • Provide therapy sessions helping clients work through their issues and develop coping skills.
  • Document progress recording changes in symptoms or behaviors.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care physicians, for comprehensive care.
