This role would encompass both elements of paraplanning and management, providing a high level of technical support to our clients and supporting the wider business through involvement in operations meetings and collaboration with directors.
As a seasoned Paraplanning Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of paraplanners, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of paraplanners to deliver high-quality services to clients
- Provide technical support and guidance to the paraplanning team
- Collaborate with directors to drive business growth and development
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
- Level 4 Diploma Qualified as a minimum
- Experience of working with an IFA or Wealth Management firm
- Experience of writing tailored suitability reports for various clients
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to deal with clients in a professional, personable manner
- Good understanding of the FCA and how a Financial services firm operates
