Head of Paraplanning Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Paraplanning to join our dynamic team and help us continue delivering top-tier financial planning services.

This role would encompass both elements of paraplanning and management, providing a high level of technical support to our clients and supporting the wider business through involvement in operations meetings and collaboration with directors.

As a seasoned Paraplanning Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of paraplanners, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of paraplanners to deliver high-quality services to clients
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the paraplanning team
  • Collaborate with directors to drive business growth and development
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Level 4 Diploma Qualified as a minimum
  • Experience of working with an IFA or Wealth Management firm
  • Experience of writing tailored suitability reports for various clients
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to deal with clients in a professional, personable manner
  • Good understanding of the FCA and how a Financial services firm operates
