Electrical Calibration Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for the calibration, diagnosis, and repair of safety and test and measuring equipment. This role is full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a half-day on Fridays.
About the Role
- This position requires working knowledge of electrical instrumentation and calibration procedures.
- The ideal candidate will have experience using and commissioning electrical equipment.
- Able to work as part of a fast-paced larger team.
- IT/database literate.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, policies, and standards.
- Validate procedures and analyze the effects of new and amended procedures.
- Develop and write paper documents and software calibration procedures for new equipment.
- Lead a team of calibration officers and participate in measurement audits.
Requirements
- HNC or completed apprenticeship in an electrical discipline.
- Able to achieve and maintain Standard Security Check (SC) security clearance.
