About this role:

Shepherd Neame is looking for a Deputy Manager with the skills and experience to lead a team and support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of excellent customer service and continued growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in the management of the business
  
• Deputise for the General Manager in their absence
  
• Drive the delivery of continued growth and customer satisfaction at site
  
• Assist in the creation of an inclusive culture within the business
  
• Lead and develop the team to ensure excellent customer service
