Hospitality Leader

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth. Set in the picturesque coastal town of Deal, Kent, the Royal Hotel is the perfect destination for a seaside escape. Our hotel has 18 luxurious bedrooms to choose from, several with balconies overlooking the sea. Guests can dine in our Quarterdeck restaurant or the relaxed surroundings of the Boathouse bar which has a terrace and garden area offering glorious sea views.

As an ambassador for our brand, this role will see you covering duty manager shifts, supporting the management team with the creation of an inclusive culture within the business and leading and developing the team to ensure that they offer excellent customer service at every opportunity.
