Location: Leominster, SOUTH & SW / T5 / Herefordshire

Salary: Up to £16.20 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

Hours: Flexible shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays

Contract: Permanent, part-time or full-time positions available

About the Role

Role Overview: As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and companionship to clients in their own homes or residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assisting with meal preparation and feeding clients.
  • Supporting clients with mobility issues, such as transferring and walking.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in UK caregiving within the past 3 years, showcasing your expertise and dedication to the field.
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge of care equipment and handling techniques, ensuring the safe and efficient provision of care.
  • Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, facilitating effective collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
