Job Title: District Nurse Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Nurse Team Leader to join our team at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high-quality care to patients within your district. You will lead a team of nurses and support their professional and clinical development, promoting evidence-based practice and acting as an accountable role model.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assess, develop, and implement nursing care plans with patients
* Provide expert clinical advice and support to patients and team members
* Participate in audits and quality assurance activities
* Provide day-to-day line and operational management for a team of registered and unregistered nurses
* Prioritize your own workload and the work of the team

Requirements:

* NMC Registration
* Experience in a similar role
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
