Agility Resourcing is a specialist Technical Textiles company, and we are recruiting for an all-round Accounts Administrator to join our small and busy office in the region. This role is working in a team of 3 and covers all aspects of Credit Control, Purchase Ledger, Banking, and supporting the Sales Ledger and Payroll functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Issuing and reconciling customer statements
  • Ensuring customers pay on time
  • Starting legal proceedings if clients do not pay their debts on time
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Making payments - sending remittances
  • Reconciling the bank
  • Cash flow forecasting

Regarding salary, we offer a competitive compensation package, with an estimated annual salary of £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience, plus benefits including 23 days holidays + Bank Holidays, Company pension, Profit Share Scheme, Attendance bonus scheme, and Free onsite parking.
