About Nextech Group Limited

We are a leading IT Managed Services company, and we're looking for an exceptional Bid Author to join our team.

This is a pivotal role where you will take ownership of the bid process, coordinating, drafting, and managing responses to client Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Invitations to Tender (ITTs), and Requests for Information (RFIs).

You will be responsible for planning and coordinating bid processes, developing compelling proposals that align with client needs, and showcasing our value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead kick-off meetings, define scopes, assign responsibilities, and manage bid plans to meet submission deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, technical, service delivery, and project management) to gather inputs.
  • Write and edit persuasive, tailored proposals that highlight our capabilities and position us as the partner of choice.
  • Ensure all bids adhere to client requirements, including format, content, certifications, and SLAs.
  • Maintain a repository of reusable templates, technical responses, and case studies, ensuring content stays up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills to create error-free proposals.
  • Solid understanding of IT Managed Services, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and service delivery models.
  • Strong project management skills to juggle multiple bids under tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across sales, technical, and delivery teams.
  • A detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to ensure accuracy and compliance in every aspect of the bid process.
  • Strategic thinking and creativity to craft value-driven narratives that set us apart from competitors.
