We are seeking experienced Property Managers to join our team at reputable managing agents across the UK. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing leasehold block portfolios, including budget setting, insurance provision, S20 consultation, site visits, and AGM's.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage leasehold block portfolios, including budget setting and insurance provision
  • Conduct site visits and attend AGM's
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication to residents
  • Work collaboratively with managing agents and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of experience in leasehold block management
  • IRPM/RICS qualification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
