We're seeking a highly organized and adaptable Executive Assistant to support the Founder's Office at Checkout Group. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our global business.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate meetings and events with internal and external partners across global time zones
- Manage complex travel itineraries for the Founder, including visa requirements and fiscal travel records
- Process invoices and expenses in a timely and efficient manner
- Support event planning and coordination for leadership events
- Provide administrative support to the Chief of Staff team as needed
- Utilize G-suite, Microsoft Office, Coupa, Zoom, and Slack to manage tasks and communicate with the team
- Collaborate with the Founder's family office team as required
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to the Founder and the business
- A team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- High emotional intelligence and ability to read situations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in G-suite, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools
- A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- A global mindset and understanding of time zones and cultural nuances
- Prior CEO/Founder office experience is a plus
