Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Director to manage our constituent database and provide critical support to our fundraising efforts. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the University System of New Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee database maintenance, data cleansing, and security.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve database quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from multiple systems.
  • Design and deliver reports and data visualizations to stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to users on database functionality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and two years of experience.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as SQL and Python.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
