About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team in providing high-quality care and support services to individuals in their own homes and local communities.

Salary: £12.69 per hour weekdays, £14.69 per hour weekends

Job Description:

As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping our customers regain their independence and live safely and independently within their own homes and local communities. This may involve assisting with personal care, mobility, and preparing meals, among other tasks.

You will be assigned a mentor who will guide you through the induction process and provide ongoing support until you feel confident in your role. After completing your training, you will have access to guaranteed contracted hours, specialist training, nationally recognised qualifications, and well-being support.
