About the Role
Job Description:- We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in South East England.
The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals living in their own homes, promoting independence and wellbeing. As part of this role, you will work closely with colleagues to deliver tailored care plans that meet each client's unique needs.
As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives, helping them maintain their dignity and quality of life. Your excellent communication skills and patience will be essential in building strong relationships with clients and their families.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a warm and empathetic approach, combined with a keen sense of responsibility. We offer comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success, including mentorship and regular performance reviews.
Salary: £12.69 per hour weekdays, £14.69 per hour weekends, double pay on bank holidays at £25.38 per hour. Benefits include a new starter bonus, paid mileage allowance, annual leave, guaranteed weekly hours, fully paid induction and training, uniform, PPE, parking permits, company smartphone, enhanced DBS and contributory pension scheme.
